Mark Ross

Founder and CFO

Mark Ross is the CFO, Owners’ Representative, and a Board Member of ALM Positioners, Inc. Ross is also a co-founder of Landjet, LLC, an innovative business travel solutions company that enables their customers to be productive, comfortable, and efficient while traveling.

Ross, a native of Fredericksburg, Iowa, graduated from Wartburg College in 1987 with a BA degree in accounting. He received his MBA through the University of Iowa’s Henry B. Tippie’s executive MBA program in 2011.

Ryan Landry

Chief Executive Officer

Ryan Landry spent most of his career creating organic growth as well as M&A in the professional services arena. Ryan started his career in sales in the education and corporation training sectors. He was considered a leading expert of personal development and human capital investment in both the business and consumer marketplaces. Ryan now leads LandJet, an exclusive premium transportation firm based out of the Midwest focused on growing nationally through franchising.

Percy Kapadia

Chief Operating Officer

Percy has an extensive background in operations and finance. Prior to Joining LandJet, he oversaw all fleet maintenance, procurement and technology for an Austin based mining company which included a fleet of over 60 over the road tractors and trailers. He implemented key initiatives focused on improving fleet safety, increasing unit uptime and technology initiatives that improved driver safety.

Through LandJet’s accommodations, eight team members utilized three hours of travel time as an opportunity to research and formulate strategy. In years past, we needed two vehicles and everyone played on phones or had separate conversations. The free Wi-Fi, HDMI inputs, large screen televisions, and conference table allowed for a fantastic collaboration space. The driver facilitated a wonderful experience and proved very professional. This service is simpler and more cost effective than operating a company vehicle, maintaining it, and accounting for it as an asset.
